If there was something I liked in the behavior and reactions of other people, I taught myself to act or react in the same way.īecome aware how the people you meet or work with talk, react and behave in various situations, and analyze the consequences of their particular behavior. In case I did, I made a plan to change my behavior, and then acted accordingly. If I saw something I did not like, I checked my behavior, to find out whether I acted in the same way. Then, I looked within myself to find out if I behaved, acted and talked in a similar or different way. I paid attention to the way people talked, behaved and reacted.

Many years ago I worked on changing various of my habits and taught myself to be more positive.
